Health Tip Of The Day: "The Importance Of H2O!"

Health Tip Of The Day: "The Importance of H2O!"

Water. 60% of our bodies are made up of Water! It has many means of evaporating and leaving our bodies through breathing, urinating, sweating, and producing stool. A lot of people don't include enough water in their diets to replace the water they are losing each day, this results in what we call Dehydration! Dehydration can cause a wide range of health complications, therefore we do not want to experience this, and the easiest way to avoid it is to DRINK WATER! Although it is recommended to drink about 8 glasses of water a day it's merely just a guideline, you can drink a little more, or a little less, but you should strive to drink at the very least 4-6 glasses of water a day!

We also intake water when we consume various other liquids and foods, but the best and most efficient way to ensure you're getting enough is just to chug back a few good, plain old glasses of water every single day! I'm going to list some benefits that we all could receive just by ensuring we get enough H2O in our systems each day, then you can tell me whether or not it's worth choosing water over Juice, Pop, or any other liquids we drink these days that are chalk full of sugar and caffeine (Which by the way, if you consume too much can be a problem all on their own).

Here are some great benefits water has on your body:

- Drinking Water Helps Maintain A Good Balance Of Bodily Fluids
Because 60% of your body is made up of water, it is obvious that many tasks your body goes through each day are affected by how much water you have to offer. Some of these tasks include Digestion, Blood Circulation, Production of Saliva, Transportation of essential nutrients, and the regulation of body temperature. For all of these tasks, as well as many others to run smoothly you must have a good amount of water in your system!

- Drinking Water Helps To Control Calories
Water has been used to assist people with losing weight quite frequently! When you switch from high calorie drinks such as Pop, Juice, Coffee, etc to Water, right away you are already on the path to losing a couple pounds just from limiting your caloric intake through liquids. As well as this, drinking enough water can make you feel fuller therefore causing you to binge eat and snack less when not necessary.

- Drinking Water Energizes Muscles
When you don't have enough water in your system it can cause your muscles to Fatigue, to prevent this drink a glass of water before you go to workout, and maintain a steady intake of water at any point in time when you are sweating quite a bit. This will ensure that your muscles stay hydrated and work up to par at all times.

- Drinking Water Hydrates Skin
If you're dehydrated your skin may look more dry and wrinkled, ensuring you are well hydrated will also ensure that your skin looks hydrated and healthy.

- Drinking Water Helps Your Kidneys Remove Toxins
Water helps transport toxins out of your body through urine. When you are drinking enough water, your kidneys do a great job of releasing toxins in your urine which increases your overall health. When you are dehydrated your kidneys do not release as much urine, instead they help your body store water which also keeps the toxins stored inside your body. Your urine should be clear or a light yellow, if it is dark yellow and/or you can smell it, drink some darn water already!

So there you have it! Water is amazing, drink it!

Quote Of The Day: "Suffer The Pain Of Discipline, or Suffer The Pain Of Regret!"

Quote Of The Day: " Suffer The Pain Of Discipline, or Suffer The Pain Of Regret!"

I absolutely love this quote! It states the simple truth, whether you choose to discipline yourself through the rough times to finally progress to something better (A better lifestyle, A better job, A better relationship, Better health, A better environment for your family) or not is up to you! But if you do not work through it, and you allow yourself to stay in a place where you are unhappy, unhealthy, and unsafe it is only the pain of regret you're going to feel!

With this quote, I want you to really think hard about the difficulties life is presenting you with right now, is there any resentments you have in life that you'd really like to push through but just haven't had the time or energy? Well I can tell you I've had plenty, and although it's hard to embrace those feelings and decide you've had enough of them, it is VERY possible to get past them!

First you must acknowledge what negative situations are currently impacting your life, then you must ask yourself what it is you'd have to do to rid yourself of these situations! If you are serious about making a commitment and changing your life, you will find a way if not many to get yourself out of a negative situation. When you've found what it is you must do, you must then ask yourself why and how bad you would like to live a happier, healthier, and more vibrant life! When you know what it is you'd like to get rid of, how to get past it, and why you want to surpass it, it is then that the real pain kicks in!

Discipline, Perseverance, Keeping yourself inspired, When the going gets tough get tougher. You must account for all of these and many more aspects if you wish to improve your life. When you decide to make a change it is not deciding that is difficult, it is continuing to make that change every day even when it seems impossible that is truly difficult! It is also just that that is going to ensure your success! Discipline even under the most wretched of circumstances is what makes change.

So keep in mind, ridding yourself of pain and suffering is a pain in itself, but the regret of living with that pain all of your life and never doing a thing about it will be the worst pain of all!

Benefits
- X-Factor includes Aloe which helps build your immune system, soothe your digestive tract, and helps you absorb a much larger percentage of the Vitamins included.

- Contains New Zealand Blackcurrant which is a highly effective antioxidant! Consuming Blackcurrant has a wide range of benefits including reduced muscle stiffness and fatigue, improved kidney function, increased blood flow and circulation, improvement of eye function and decreases visual fatigue.

- Of course, X-Factor also contains many varieties of Vitamins such as several Vitamin B's, C, D, and E which have amazing benefits to your health all across the board!

Bottom Line
The bottom line is no matter what brand of Multivitamins you use, everyone should make it a regular habit to take them. Multivitamins are critical to your life! With all the crappy food we eat these days, it's a wonder if we're really receiving any of the vitamins and nutrients we require to truly be healthy. However, with X-Factor in particular, it is guaranteed that you will reap plenty of benefits as it is likely the highest quality Multivitamin you can find! Considering it's priced within the same range as retail products you're buying now and twice as effective, there's really no reason for you not to give it a try! I have personally heard stories from people I know and trust who say they've been taking X-Factor supplements for a very long time and since have hardly experienced any sickness and have had a spotless bill of health! Dylan and I both plan to invest in our own multivitamins as we care a lot for our health and trust Plexus to deliver, if we didn't we would not be here trying to help you experience amazing results with your long term health!

Quote Of The Day: "An object that is at rest stays at rest, an object that is in motion will tend to remain in motion."

Quote Of The Day: "An object that is at rest stays at rest, an object that is in motion will tend to remain in motion."

This can be taken many different ways, to apply some thought to this quote I want you to think about your life. If you are not constantly moving, whether that be physically with exercise, or moving mentally towards a goal or learning something new. Then you are not in motion, rather you are in no means making any progress in your life, without progress how can we strive for success.

Success in my opinion is never truly achieved for good, instead life is full of small successes. Although it cannot be achieved forever, even the smallest of successes feel so good they can completely change your life! So how do you achieve these successes?

First, Set a Goal! When you begin this approach you will want to set small goals that are easily achievable so you can feel great about yourself right away! As you achieve these small goals you will feel determined to put larger ones in place that have an even larger impact on your life! Be sure that when setting goals you have an "Emotional Why" about your reasoning for achieving them. The more reasons you have to achieve these goals, the harder you will work to make sure they've been accomplished!

Secondly, ALWAYS follow through! No matter what, once you've set that goal do not give up until you've completed it! Our goal right now is to achieve a sense of worth by helping others, and improving our own personal financial situations while doing so. It's not easy being 19 year old young adults, some may say it is, but they likely have not set any goals for themselves and are included in the selfish, wild category that gives our generation a bad name. When you set goals for yourself, they are meant to cause strain, they are meant to be difficult! This is because of Self Growth, believe it or not throughout the entire process you are going to grow as a person, no matter how big or small the goal is that you've set for yourself! So remember to ~Never Give Up~!

Lastly, Feel great about your progress! When you complete a goal, celebrate! Dedicate a day or night to yourself to have fun and pat yourself on the back. Rome was not built in a day, but look how magnificent it became! You yourself can become magnificent one success at a time, so each time you feel that success, hold onto it! You're in store for something great! :)
